And they apparently remade the song "Time After Time"
After a few times of listening to it, I realized that I really love songs with a 3+3+2 feel to them, they pretty much seem to captivate me to the point of I'm in a zombie-like state when they're playing (yes this applies too to the part in Vesuvius). Butterflies just thinking of it.
School today was basically normal. Large group performances, and I got yelled at for not having the fingering down for this really hard fast part...
Then there was the Pi day party (not that great...)
And Jessie, Tori and Warren kept coming in and begging for food. So I gave them some cookies and a can of Pringles and they ran away...
When that was done I went to help the people move the stuff for Solo and Ensemble...
But they were almost done already.
So Tori and Jessie each took one of the extra cakes I had.
And Warren somehow ended up with 3
Oh and I went to the play with Mel (see obvious reference in title...) And I can only really say one thing:
WARREN WAS AN EMO ITALIAN MOBSTER WHO WAS IN AN ABUSIVE RELATIONSHIP! (Me and Mel decided that, along with the fact that he had to be like 50 cause he had a son that was getting married ^.^)
We ended up trying to see how long it would take for him to acknowledge we were there. Mel kept flipping him off and waving to him, and when he walked past us, she said something inaudible to me and even more likely him.
By the time Mel had to do her little part for the clue, I could tell that he really wanted to crack up 'cause Mel was a shitty actress, even for just reading lines off a page (joking, Mel!). Actually, I think that she just gets weird about any form of "public speaking". Even after the play, he admitted "I made sure to put a clue on the table that you guys would be at..."
I'm not sure if that was a privilege or some of his cruel humor. Either way, I was laughing at her freak out beforehand.
I also had to deal with her going "He has a nose-ring. That's sooooo sexay!"
Oh, and when we were leaving, we're like "Bye, Warren! ^.^" but all he says is "Okay. You can go now" and made this shooing motion with his hands! Even after I bought him a soda (granted he gave me the dollar earlier)...
WARREN YOU ARE A HEARTLESS BASTARD.
The nerves about tomorrow just kicked in. OH JOY.
Watch for Melissa's dress!
