When I was young, lying in the grass I felt so safe in a warming bath of sunlight the vast open sky could do no harm like the embrace of a mother's arms in sumnlight but with every year that came to pass more clouds appeared, till the sky went black and there was no sunlight anymore and it disappeared at the same speed as the idealistic things i believed when the optimist died inside of me

with the second happening a good deal more than the first.
I may not always understand it
(I'm not one to take a hint)
but I can feel the deepness
and what the writer was feeling
maybe thats why those little lyric clips
are always my IM icons?
just cause I love the words.
